They say the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, but the second-best time is now – I believe the same can be said about taking steps toward achieving your best self.
I strive to take a holistic approach to my work, because I know there are many things that make you uniquely you, and that no two people are alike. Whatever brought you here today, whether it be feelings of anxiousness, overwhelming sadness, burnout, or any mix of emotions, I am happy you found us.
My main goal as your therapist is to offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can show up as your full self. I want to help empower and support you to achieving your goals, and to help you learn more about yourself in the process. I would love the opportunity to get to know you better, and to walk with you alongside this journey.
