Trauma Treatment Plan

8 - 15 Sessions
Investment: $1,440 - $2,700

Phase 1: Therapist learns about past experiences and trauma; targets are set for therapy.

Phase 2: Client is taught ways to cope with difficult emotions and learns about the EMDR process.

Phase 3: Assessment - The memory to work on is picked; client describes thoughts, feelings, and sensations connected to it.

Phase 4: Desensitization - Client focuses on the memory while following the therapist’s movements (like moving eyes side to side) to reduce distress.

Phase 5: Installation - Positive beliefs are strengthened to replace old negative ones.

Phase 6: Body Scan - Client checks for any leftover tension in the body connected to the memory.

Phase 7: Closure - Therapist helps client return to a calm state before ending the session.

Phase 8: Reevaluation - At the start of each new session, therapy progress and what still needs to be worked on are reviewed.

Self Esteem/Self Worth Treatment Plan

10-20 Sessions
Investment: $1,800 - $3,600

  1. Learn about self-esteem: Understand what self-esteem is and how negative thinking affects it.

  2. Notice your negative thoughts: Pay attention to self-critical thinking and write it down.

  3. Challenge those thoughts: Ask yourself if your negative thoughts are really true and replace them with kinder, more realistic ones.

  4. Challenge Core Beliefs: The root of Self Esteem, learn to identify and challenge the beliefs holding you back.

  5. Recognize your strengths: Identify positive qualities and successes—keep a record of things you do well or moments you feel proud.

  6. Try new behaviors: Practice doing things that make you feel confident or proud, like speaking up or setting small goals.

  7. Practice self-care and self-compassion: Treat yourself as you would a good friend—be patient, kind, and take care of your needs.

  8. Maintain progress: Keep using these techniques over time and practice them again whenever your self-esteem needs a boost.

OCD Treatment Plan

12-20 Sessions

Please note that these plans are very generic and can vary greatly per client.

While these treatment plans are based on evidence-based studies, for you we will slightly adjust the treatment plan to find something that works best for you.

Couples/Relationship Counselling Treatment Plan

8-20 Sessions
Investment: $1,600 - $4,000

  1. Identify Patterns: Help the couple understand negative cycles in their relationship that lead to conflict or distance.

  2. Recognize Emotions: Each partner learns to notice and talk about their deeper feelings and needs, increasing empathy.
