One of the most important ‘take homes’ after working as a naturopathic doctor for 20 years is the focus on evidence based research to address the unique root cause of each client’s pain. Combining compassion, research, experience, and strength based support, I bring a similar approach to working with clients in psychotherapy.
Perhaps the most significant start to successful therapy is feeling a connection to your therapist. Although I offer a number of different therapies and carefully match the best one(s) to your unique situation, the relationship we build is the foundation for us working together. The best way to check the ‘fit’ is to schedule a complimentary 15-20 minute call and then decide if you are feeling hopeful and comfortable to move forward with therapy.
