As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I’m passionate about working with individuals on their journey toward emotional wellbeing and personal growth. I primarily work with issues relating to anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem, as well as interpersonal concerns. I aim to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and self-awareness.
I primarily employ a person-centered approach, through which I create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space. This allows for an exploration of thoughts and feelings at an individual’s own pace, fostering self-discovery and personal empowerment. I also integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as mindfulness-based practices, to aid in the discovery of inner sources of strength, and to provide practical strategies to provide relief and overcome obstacles.
With a commitment to tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs, I strive to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship that supports clients in achieving their goals and cultivating a more fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and a deep belief in the capacity of each person to grow and thrive.
