Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP Practicum Student

Hi, I’m Maya, and I know how complex and rewarding therapy can be.

My goal is to help you navigate this meaningful journey with curiosity and care. I work with clients to manage anxiety, low mood, grief, and self-doubt while exploring the experiences that shape who they are. I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community and love supporting clients as they explore their own identity and build confidence. Our work together is about being real, staying curious, and finding relief that lasts.

Do you feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, anxiety, sadness, grief, or low self-worth? These struggles often connect to how safe you feel, how others see you, or how you see yourself. You don’t have to keep masking or pushing through. Therapy is a space to sort through what’s really going on and create a clearer path forward.

Let’s make therapy feel human again. If you’re curious about what working together might be like, reach out for a free 20-minute consultation. No pressure—just a chance to see if it feels like the right fit. You deserve a space that’s fully yours.

OR…still not sure what therapist is a good fit for you?
