I’m Dale, and I support men in navigating the challenges that often go unspoken—
stress, anger, relationships, work pressure, or feeling like you’re carrying too much on your own. You may struggle with attachment, self-esteem, or finding healthy ways to deal with emotions. Maybe you feel disconnected from your partner, frustrated at work, or unsure of your direction. These struggles can take a real toll on mental health. My approach is straightforward, practical, and supportive. We’ll look at what’s driving your stress, relationship struggles, or patterns that aren’t working, then build new ways of coping. Change might look like clearer communication, better control of emotions, or feeling more confident in who you are and
how you show up.
