Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP Practicum Student

Hi, I'm Christina, and I work with neurodivergent individuals navigating the daily challenges of executive dysfunction, emotional ups and downs, and relationship stress.

Maybe you find it hard to stay organized, manage time, or follow through on things, which leaves you feeling frustrated or guilty. Or you might notice constant masking, struggles with boundaries, or difficulty communicating how you really feel. Low self-esteem and burnout can creep in when it feels like you’re always “too much” or “not enough.” Therapy can be a space where your brain and experiences are understood.
Now accepting new clients!

In therapy with me, you won’t have to mask or explain away your experience—I get it. Together we’ll build tools that actually work for your brain, improve emotion regulation, and explore ways to feel more connected and confident. Change means less overwhelm, clearer communication, and more energy for the things that matter to you.

I believe neurodivergence is not something to “fix,” but an important part of who you are. Therapy can be a place to unmask, reduce stress, and grow skills that make life feel easier. If you’re looking for a supportive, affirming space to work through challenges, call or email me today to book a free consultation.your free consultation.

OR…still not sure what therapist is a good fit for you?
