Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP Practicum Student

My name is Kelly, and I work with people moving through grief—

whether it’s the loss of a loved one or the “non-death” grief that comes with breakups, big life changes, health struggles, or shifting identities. Grief doesn’t always look like tears; it can show up as exhaustion, brain fog, irritability, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Maybe you feel like you should be “over it” by now, or that nobody gets how heavy it feels. Grief can be isolating, confusing, and exhausting—I offer a space to process it in a way that makes sense for you. Accepting new clients!

As a second-generation Filipino-Canadian, I know grief can carry cultural expectations and silence. I’ve also experienced therapy that changed my own relationship with loss. With me, you can expect an open, non-judgmental space where we’ll explore your grief, ease the overwhelm, and find ways to carry it with more compassion and clarity.

Grief can change everything—how you see yourself, your relationships, even the future. Therapy can help make sense of the waves, create space for healing, and bring a little more steadiness back into daily life. If you’re looking for a supportive place to process what you’re carrying, call or email me today to set up a free consultation.

OR…still not sure what therapist is a good fit for you?
