Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Accepting new clients! My psychoanalytical practice is grounded in the belief that long-standing, repetitive issues — those that seem to resist resolution despite your best efforts — are most effectively addressed by uncovering unconscious motivations that drive thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. I work with challenges like stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity confusion, loss, addictions, physical illness, and family-of-origin issues.

My psychoanalytic approach is especially valuable when these problems are deeply ingrained and significantly interfere with your quality of life. For example, if you find yourself repeatedly entering unsatisfying relationships or living with a vague sense of anxiety and depression, psychoanalysis can help uncover and address the underlying causes.

While other therapeutic methods may focus on specific behavioural issues or crises, psychoanalysis offers a deeper exploration of the psyche. It is well-suited for those seeking a more profound and expansive experience of their inner world, aiming not just to resolve immediate concerns, but to foster lasting change and a fuller sense of self.

OR…still not sure what therapist is a good fit for you?
