Introduction

I am a psychotherapy intern with a background in community development and postsecondary education, most recently working as a criminology instructor at a local college.

I’m Specialized In
Age & Gender-Specific Support
Anxiety & Fear Disorders
Depression & Mood Disorders
Relationship & Couples Issues
Substance Use & Addictions
As a mother of two, I bring a deep appreciation for the complexities of relationships, family life, and personal growth. Outside of my professional work, I find inspiration in nature and enjoy expressing creativity through cooking.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they work toward becoming the best version of themselves. I strive to offer a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore challenges at their own pace. I have a particular interest in helping couples navigate communication stress and strengthen their emotional connection.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing primarily from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centred approaches. I value each client’s unique experiences and work alongside them to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
