The therapeutic relationship begins with two strangers & opening up can feel awkward at first. To help break the ice, here are some facts about me: I have two dogs who enjoy making an appearance, adding a little extra warmth to our sessions. I believe music is our gateway to time travel and songs have the power to transport us to specific moments in time.
Although therapy can be challenging, it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. We’ll share tender moments, & some laughs along the way. I became a therapist because there’s no greater privilege than witnessing the growth, discovery, and healing that’s unique to this relationship.
