I work with neurodivergent folks—including those with ADHD—who are juggling overwhelm, anxiety, or feeling like they’re constantly “too much” or “not enough.” Whether you’re trying to build better routines, navigate relationships, or just feel a bit more regulated day-to-day, therapy can help. I offer a space that’s affirming, collaborative, and totally judgment-free—where you don’t have to mask or explain every part of yourself.
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, and I often work with people who are brand new to therapy. My approach is collaborative and flexible—focused on helping you feel understood and supported from day one. We’ll build practical tools and clarity, without pressure or pretense.
