You can expect a clear, collaborative process and tools you can use outside of sessions.
I aim to create a space that feels supportive and real, where you feel safe enough to be challenged and empowered to change. With over 25 years in mental health, including forensics, addictions, and community mental health, I bring depth of experience and a strong belief in people’s capacity to grow.
