I have also benefited from advanced training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness interventions. I am equipped to support you with a full spectrum of evidence-based approaches based on your interests, needs, and goals. Some of my areas of interest and specialization include: Anxiety disorders (GAD, panic, social anxiety, phobias etc.) Obsessive compulsive disorder (harm OCD, contamination OCD, relationship OCD, moral scrupulosity, “just right” OCD and more) Eating disorders and body image issues (including body dysmorphia) Chronic pain and illness PTSD and trauma Perfectionism and burnout amongst high achieving professionals.
